I had the pleasure of visiting this shoe repair shop recently, and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and excellent customer service. The staff took their time to listen to my concerns about my favorite pair of leather boots, which had seen better days. They were scuffed and in need of some serious TLC. I was pleasantly surprised by their attention to detail and knowledge about the materials. They assured me they could restore them to their former glory. I left the shop optimistic, and to my delight, they called me just a few days later to let me know my boots were ready. When I picked them up, I was blown away! They looked brand new, and I could hardly recall how bad they once were. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work. If there’s one thing I could suggest, it would be to have more visibility on their opening hours, as I wasn’t quite sure when they operated. Nonetheless, this experience was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be returning for any future repairs. It’s rare to find such a combination of professionalism and craftsmanship these days, and I’m thrilled to have found this hidden gem!

The only downside was that the shop was a bit cramped, making it hard to navigate, especially when more customers were in the shop. But the friendly atmosphere made up for it.
